Classification of methods of exposure to humans

In an organization between employees, not only interaction, communication, but also a process of employees’ influence on each other occurs. Management of changes in the organization is faced with the problem of workers’ resistance to innovations, in connection with which management needs to be able to correctly argue the need for proposed changes, to be able to convince those who oppose organizational transformations. In other words, in order to overcome resistance to changes on the part of employees, a manager needs to have knowledge and skills to influence the target person. Currently, methods of influencing human consciousness are quite diverse, effective due to practical experience accumulated over millennia, as well as through the creation of special technologies.
In psychology, it is customary to distinguish the following types of effects on humans.

Psychological impact – the socio-psychological activity of some people, aimed at other people and their groups in order to change the psychological characteristics of the individual, group norms, public opinion, moods and experiences.

Information-psychological impact (often called informational, ideological) is the impact of the word, information.

Psychogenic effects are a consequence of:

physical effects on the brain of the individual, as a result of which there is a violation of normal neuropsychic activity;
the shock effect of environmental conditions or some kind of events (for example, pictures of mass destruction, many number of victims, etc.) on the human mind, as a result of which he is not able to act rationally.
A psychoanalytic (psychocorrectional) effect is an effect on a person’s subconscious mind with therapeutic agents, especially in a state of hypnosis or deep sleep.

Neuro-linguistic impact (NLP – neuro-linguistic programming) is a type of psychological impact that changes people’s motivation by introducing special linguistic programs into their consciousness.

Psychotronic (parapsychological, extrasensory) impact – this is the effect on other people, carried out by transmitting information through non-sensory (unconscious) perception.

A psychotropic effect is an effect on the psyche of people with the help of medications, chemical or biological substances, in order to have a psychological effect, it is first necessary to provoke malfunctions and distortions in the functioning of individual components of the psyche of the affected object. The dynamic balance between them will be violated, and he will begin to experience a state of cognitive dissonance. After that, you can encourage him to restore emotional balance by changing his former, familiar to him views, beliefs and attitudes, and then stereotypes of behavior.

The organization uses psychological methods of influence as methods of influencing employees.

The effectiveness of the psychological impact also depends on the characteristics of the mechanisms of transformation of beliefs, stereotypes and attitudes of people.
